How do I choose the right size? +
We recommend referring to our Size Guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, size up. Full-grain leather also stretches slightly with wear.
What is the return policy? +
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused shoes in original packaging. Exchange requests for size changes are prioritized. See our Return Policy page for full details.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery? +
Yes! COD is available on all orders. Select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.
How long does delivery take? +
Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days. Express delivery (1–2 business days) is available at checkout for most pincodes.
Are the shoes waterproof? +
Our leather shoes are water-resistant but not fully waterproof. We recommend using a leather protector spray (available separately) for rainy conditions.
How do I care for my leather shoes? +
Clean with a damp cloth, condition with a leather conditioner every 3–4 months, and polish regularly. Use shoe trees when storing to maintain shape.
Can I track my order? +
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email and it will be visible in your account under My Orders.
