30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Feelers shoes. If you're not satisfied, you may return unworn shoes in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

• Shoes must be unworn and in original packaging
• All tags must be intact
• Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• COD orders will receive refund as store credit or bank transfer

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at hello@feelers.in with your order number and reason for return. We'll arrange a pickup within 2 business days.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Razorpay payments are refunded to the original payment method.
